Kita Kols'Jewels Return Policy

We allow exchanges and/or store credits up to seven days after receipt of your items. No refunds will be given.

To return an item, please email us at kitakolsjewels@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, order number and a picture of the item you would like to return.

Shipping Policy

Shipping takes place on Tuesday and Friday.

Please note, if a pre-order item is purchased, it will be shipped once it arrives to our boutique. If an order includes items that are currently available and those on pre-order, the entire order is held for shipping until ALL items are in stock. However, Split shipping is available at an additional cost.
